Host Plants: This species feed on species of Plantago (Plantaginaceae) (Clark et al. 2004).
Adult Activity: April to September
Biology: Larvae mine the leaves of their host plants (Arnett et al. 2002).
Similar Species:
More than 60 species found mostly in the Holarctic Region comprise this genus.
Thirteen species are recorded from America north of Mexico (Arnett et al. 2002).Texas Taxa: (per Riley et al. 2003)
