Remarks: Occurs abundantly at ultra-violet light traps in Louisiana (Brou 2003)
Similar Species:
Cosmosoma festivum, which has only once been recorded in s. Florida and s. Texas.
Cosmosoma teuthras
Other congeners occur south of the border.
